SHE Pioneers
Woman Bazaar is a multidisciplinary festival that has been held for 3 years. The main goal is to help vulnerable groups of women - those who have lost their parents, those with disabilities, displaced people, victims of domestic violence, etc to support the sustainable initiatives and entrepreneurial activities of the representative women, to accelerate their reintegration into the society, as well as to boost the expansion of support mechanisms along with increasing their knowledge and skills to ensure the sustainability of existing activities.
SHE Pioneers is a leadership development programme for women executives around the globe. She Pioneers project is supported by Swedish Institute internationally. In Azerbaijan, the project implemented by Embassy of Sweden in Baku and Gender Hub Azerbaijan.

In the SHE Pioneers Leadership Programme, participants are offered the opportunity to reflect on and improve their leadership skills through on-demand sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities over a period of two months, from March to April 2024. SHE Pioneers focuses on advancing participants as leaders in a complex and uncertain world, managing in a fast-paced work environment and changing societies. 23 women from diverse fields including professions such as managers, engineers, lawyers, and entrepreneurs, have participated in and completed the SHE Pioneers Leadership Programme.
